Magical Creatures
Bowtruckle- The Bowtruckle is a tree guardian creature found mainly in the West of England, in the south of Germany and in certain forests in Scandinavia. It is extremely difficult to locate due to its dimensions (maximum twenty centimeters high) and apparently formed by bark and branches of trees with two small brown eyes. The Bowtruckle eats insects and is a peaceful and very shy creature. However, if the tree in which he lives is threatened, it is known that he jumps on the woodcutter or engineer who is trying to harm his tree and gouges out his eyes with his thin, log fingers. An offer of lice will calm the Bowtruckle for a while, allowing the witch or sorcerer to remove wood from his tree for a wand.
