Voldemort
Tom Marvolo Riddle was born on December 31, 1926 and died on May 2, 1998 , was the son of Tom Riddle, a wealthy muggle, and of a sorceress Mérope Gaunt , who died shortly after childbirth. Tom Riddle's father left his wife as soon as she became pregnant with his son, Tom Marvolo Riddle, was born and raised in a muggle orphanage, but eventually attended the Hogwarts School of Magic and was chosen for the Slytherin house.
As soon as he arrived at the school he immediately started doing what he shouldn't have done, he opened Salazar Slytherin's Chamber of Secrets and used the closed monster to attack muggle students; several months of service as a purchasing agent at the dark artifact shop Borgin and Burkes , he had the ability to speak to snakes which was not good in the world of witchcraft, whoever had this ability was considered a dark sorcerer; at 16 he created his first Horcrux (a horcrux is the division of the soul is a spell in which you have to kill a person and cast the horcrux spell and so the soul is divided this serves as immortality because for the person to die there is of destroying or killing the object or the person or the animal where their soul is kept in order to then be able to kill the person, that is, the person is not immortal but serves well because the object or animal must be killed first or the person where the other part of the soul is) dividing his own soul into a total of eight fragments, Lord Voldemort created seven Horcrux`s; one unintentionally and without your knowledge - Harry Potter . Over time he became stronger and stronger so I decided to abandon his muggle name (Tom Marvolo Riddle) and self proclaim himself Lord Voldemort, which was an anagram of his birth name. He commanded a true army of Wizards and creatures of Darkness , committed numerous murders personally and through his followers, later he managed to conquer the Ministry of Magic by installing a false minister who was commanded by him.
Voldemort was taken from his body in 1981 , after trying to kill Harry Potter, and although unable to die, he was unable to recover a permanent and physical body until 1995 , thus spending 14 years very weak, almost incapacitated but alive. A few years later they finally discovered that he used the Horcrux spell, this was investigated by the sorcerers Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter, after Dumbledore's death, managed to destroy all of his Horcrux`s.
Voldemort's mutilated soul was then trapped in limbo between death and life for eternity, unable to move on or even return as a ghost. Unknown to most, however, Lord Voldemort's legacy and blood would live on through his daughter Delphini , whom he conceived with his loyal follower Bellatrix Lestrange . Delphini was conceived sometime after the Battle of the Department of Mysteries in 1996 and before Voldemort's death in 1998.
Voldemort failed to kill Harry Potter because there was a prophecy that said (when evil awakens a young boy they will all save) Severus Snape (Hogwarts teacher) began to think he was the son of Lily Potter (the girl he was in love with) and James Potter (the boy who made fun of him at school) and so he asked for protection for that family and only the couple and the 3 closest friends knew the address, however one of those friends was a faithful follower of Voldemort and revealed to him the their location. Voldemort went there and killed James Potter and when he went to kill Harry Potter Lily his mother put himself ahead and so Harry the boy of prophecy became a Horcrux because his mother's love for him made the curse change .
