Hippocampus- Originally from Greece, the Hippocampus has a head and forequarters of horse and tail and hindquarters of a giant pexe. Although this species is usually found in the Mediterranean, the Merpeople captured in 1949, on the Scottish coast, a superb blue Rwandan specimen that they eventually domesticated. Hippocampus lays enormous semitransparent eggs, through which the fetus can be seen.
