Magical Creatures

Leprechaun (Clauricornio) - Smarter than fairies and less malicious than Imps, Pixies or Doxys, Leprechauns are also mischievous. Being only found in Ireland, they reach a height of six inches and are green in color. It is common knowledge that they manufacture their clothing from leaves. Leprechauns are the only ones among the "little people" to wear the splint, although they have never required the designation of "beings". Leprechauns behave like young people and live mainly in forests and woods, although they like to attract the attention of the Muggles, appearing as a consequence, almost as insistently as fairies, in children's literature. Leprechauns secrete a gold-like substance that disappears a few hours later, for their great enjoyment. They feed on leaves and, despite their fame as pranksters, there is no known case where they have harmed a human being.
