Salamander- Salamander is a small lizard that lives on fire and feeds on flames. Bright white, it may appear blue or scarlet according to the heat of the fire in which it appears. Salamanders can survive up to six hours outside the fire if they are regularly fed with pepper, otherwise they will live only until the flames from which they originate are extinguished. Salamander blood has powerful fortifying properties.
